E² was one of my nicknames growing up. E²D is a derivative of my current name. More importantly, in our work, it stands for the power of Energy and Engagement and how by multiplying the two, we can impact individual, team and company performance. When we are physically energized, emotionally connected, mentally focused and spiritually aligned, then we are truly engaged and able to perform at our best. Our Approach
The E²D Performance approach is a system that focuses on building energy management principles into a culture to drive higher levels of human and company performance. The most powerful way to drive cultural and behavioral change is to start with the top. Leadership drives culture. Leaders need to learn for themselves first, so they can be role models for the organization. Changes in culture require leadership commitment, focus and time to be successful.
